I'm not sure if you saw my email but the shop got an ESL actuator from MB and that fixed my issue on my 13 c300. What a POS design!

Another factory steering lock was installed? I’m glad it’s working. But… The factory lock will fail again, likely in about two years. It’s best to replace the factory lock with an esl emulator. Call or text us at: 818-510-3375

Having these exact same problems on my 2009 c300. No crank, windows won’t operate, interior lights work, dash works, radio works. Could it possibly be the same issue?

Does the steering wheel remain locked even after inserting the key into the ignition switch? If yes, then it most likely is the same issue. This is a very common failure with the C class 2008-2014.
