So I have a Frankenstein Battle troll I bought again as an Adult. It was a toy I loved when I was like 7 from a Goodwill; My grandmother's poodle chewed it up one night. I meant to keep it in the package and hang it up, but the card was in terrible condition. So I now have it displayed loose with accessories (which I didn't know existed). It's my favorite throw back toy I reown as an adult. And until watching this video. I never thought to look under the Troll's foot for the production year. 1992 was when I was Born. This troll and I are both 27. Super cool how that worked out. Trolls were never my thing. But I think if I knew there was an entire line like this as a kid. I probably would have begged for more. Definitely a cool toy specific to the time period.

Hey! Thanks for the comment and sorry for taking TWO YEARS to reply to your comment. 😱 Alot of people get into toy lines from before they were old enough to even have originally played with them. I'm 42, and I have some Mego Micronaut Aliens that Palisides Toys re-made in the 2000's, but those toys came out in the 70's before I was born. Cool designs and fun ideas traverse decades. I'm glad you were able to find a new one years later and discover the cool accessories he came with. Battle Trolls was definitely a line that encapsulated the 1990's and most toys have the year of their manufacture on them somewhere as I think it's a safety issue. Thanks for the comment!

Just from a quick search over on eBay, it appears any Series 3 Battle Trolls are rarer then hen's teeth these days. After scolling through dozens of listings I saw only ONE Series 3 Battle Troll: Thrasher Troll. He's in a lot of 7 Battle Trolls for $59.99 right now on eBay, and he's the only Series 3 one out there. It's nuts how much rarer they got since I made this video 5+ years ago, now when I look all I see are Series 1 and Series 2, both carded and loose but the prices aren't insane for those assortments.

This might be a long shot but would you be willing to sell any of these battle trolls? Im collecting them and wolfman, slapshot, and quick draw are the ones im having the most trouble finding

Hey! Right now these are staying in my collection, specifically the Wolfman Troll as I have had him since I was a kid. Series 3 is always trickier to find, my guess because they came out as the line was ending. I will touch base with some people I know and see if they have any leads on where to find some of the Series 3 guys you mentioned.

@@pkmnherofan22 You are most welcome! I lucked out and 1 seller on eBay had a few Series 3 guys and that is how I grabbed Jack Coustroll and Quickdraw Troll. These toys got clearanced at Kay-Bee Toys and TRU back in the day so now they are harder to come by. TRU even had them as low as .49 cents at one point!
