Here is is the problem, Hasbro Pulse has been putting out new Spider-Man figures but lack quality control. The new windowless boxes have made this extremely difficult to see the problems before purchases. Multiple Spider-Man figures have arrived with defects. Hasbro do bettter and fix this, answer your emails, support your fans of Marvel Legends.

I get it non plastic boxes aren't great for for many reasons but the approaching state of the environment is far more concerning. If you don't like the figure you get exchange it for a new one, return it, or don't get it. Hasbro going non plastic isn't them "not caring" it's just the reality that we are entering as a result of people not giving a crap about the environment for so long. Toy companies like Lego are also planing on ditching plastic packaging and it probably won't be long till we see others doing the same. The real issue's that show Hasbro doesn't care about consumers is they are rasing their prices while their quality is dropping.

Mine came with a paint defect. Hasbro told me I could mail it in for a replacement but they couldn't garauntee the same figure

Easy fix it can just be glued back I customize wrestling figures and crack open the torsos and crotches on occasion a bit of super glue should fix the problem

I fixed this in about 5 minutes but I should not have to for a $30 figure 😳 honestly I wanted to raise awareness and make sure that people see this can happen. I have been a fan of Marvel Legends for years kitbashing and customizing but this was unsat out of the package

In my experience as a Spider-Man enthusiast, in all my years of buying figures, If one fell apart like in the video, I would disassemble the general area of where that part fell (lower torso in your case) heat up all the parts, superglue the crucial points, let it sit and dry for 24 hours, with a bowl of cold water, place spidery in there, and dry him off, not sure if this tactic is effective but it’s worked for me so far

🤣😂🤣 I had this Same Exact Issue with a Black Series Jawa a few years ago. I took him out of the Tray and He fell Apart from the Waist Down. Evidently the "Sonic Weld" that is supposed to hold the Front and Back Part of the Crotch Piece didn't work, just like This. A tiny drop of Super Glue and it was Good as New. Is it Annoying? Yes. Is it a Big Deal? No. It's not Lile a Snapped Joint.
