Just did this method with a bootleg Deadpool whose biceps were stuck because of the paint. Worked like a charm and I'm thinking of tearing the other bicep to do the same because it feels better.

Thank you so much now I know how to do this for the future I’m gonna save this video I bought a lady Deadpool today at my local comic con area she was $45 and I went to go put a hand on her and it snapped so I think I’m just gonna re-glue the pin to the hand because the positioning of the hand is a hi5 shape so it’s not really that important but thank you so much because now I know this for a future

Hey Billy, I recently picked up an Amazing Fantasy Spider-Man marvel legends. The peg is still on and I can reattach the arm, but the hole is too big(?) and the bicep regularly falls off the peg, and makes articulation with that arm impossible. Should I cut the peg off and go with the screw method? Or is there another way to fix it and preserve the peg. Honestly if not I planned on just returning it to Amazon and getting a new one, but the paint work on it is perfect and I’d hate to gamble getting one that’s in worse condition. Thanks!

And how would I know when to stop?

I used all sorts of sizes. You just have to find a screw that sizes up correctly to the peg size as they come in all sizes. As far as knowing where to stop I can only guide so much visually. I always measure the length from the disc to the bicep where the peg broke off. Before applying superglue you need to test the arm to see if it will bend with the screw inserted. I believe I show this in one of these videos as well.

In this video, you said that the reason why this bicep swivel breakage happens is because the peg/bicep swivel is too tight or something stuck like paint but when I checked your part 2, you acknowledged that the shoulder joint is too tight (3:55 to 4:06 of your part 2) which I believe is the REAL reason as to why the bicep swivel breaks.. This is not a knock on you by any means, and I understand that we have our own ways of looking at and fixing things.. In fact, your Marvel Legends Ankle Repair Tutorial helped me fix my MCU Infinity War Black Widow... This is just me, saying that, "hey this maybe another way of fixing this or this maybe the right way of fixing this".. If you or others disagree with me then that is completely fine because again, we have our own perspectives.. I will make my own video to explain my side and to also show how I fix it...

Honestly it can be either or. Sometimes the same break can be caused by multiple problems across the board.
