This is actually the only thing I purchased from RID and I'm not sure how I got my mom to get me both! To be clear, I really wasn't on board with the Unicron Trilogy or RID, but the design of Omega Prime, coupled with just the name (given the lore of Beast Wars which is my favorite) Omega Prime made this a necessary purchase. I'm glad I still have mine. If I didn't this too would be a necessary purchase! Like you said, glad for the RID fans!

@@loganmorales5568 way back in the 2000’s. When Rail Racer didn’t sell well. Americans don’t care about trains as much as the Japanese do. So making characters that are exclusively trains will only appeal to the Japanese market. It’s why Takara is doing the Masterpiece trainbots.

This is the most I've been excited for a figure, possibly ever! Truly a figure I never expected but one that tickles just right. Modern transformers may not be perfect but it's the passion that goes into these figures that keeps it alive! I lived in Japan when the Transformers: Car Robot series came out. So I have the original box set. The giant sword only came in the box set, so I'm glad this one does too. I never opened the original, so maybe I'll get this one to open.

I have the complete original one so I’m not sure I’d get this as it looks to be almost identical outside of the obvious advanced engineering and articulation. There doesn’t seem to be any electronic functions either. Do the missiles fire and are the tires rubber like the original? My OG tires are disintegrating. Does anyone know where to get replacements? Anyway, it’s a cool figure and I’m happy he’s getting a rerelease. I know there’s a lot of fans of this design and the RiD series in general.

There's no electronics, they've used the space to add better engineering and stability for the combined modes. Also no rubber tires, so they won't disintegrate (like mine also did)

@@coomslayer493 maybe it's a scam if you *already* have the original, but even a bad copy of that figure costs $200USD+ nowadays, which is personally why I've never gotten one, despite my interest and nostalgia with the character(s). With the Haslab, and for less than what the current box set of the 01 figures go, we get a bigger figure with more poseability, expected chrome, a whole deluxe figure accessory, all with (at least per the promo) more stability for the combined form. Call it a scam, but it seems reasonable from where I'm sitting. But then again, you couldn't just be happy for those of us who are looking forward to this, so I'm not sure why I even bothered.

Doubtful. The licensing's all jumbled up, since Fox owned it, then got acquired by Disney, who far as I can tell have just been sitting on it. So... Hasbro might not even have permission to use this footage here. But there's 4k upscales floating around KZbin, just search for Robots in Disguise 2001 and you'll find 'em.

Ah y sobre algunos honorarios para otras continuidades o universos, ya hace un tiempo que ya habían salido las figuras de Bulkhead, Arcee y knockout de Transformers Prime pero sobre algunos diseños deberían de volverlos ahacer y esta vez tomando como referencias de las otras figuras ya exitosas y con sus actualizaciones, es decir que para hacer a Knockout deberían de tomar como referencia de transformación el mero torso de Optimus Prime del video: Transformers War for Cybertron de Studio Series por su actualización de doble ruedas en la espalda y en cuanto a sus puesnas se quedarían igual para así darle un poco de realismo a la figura misma ah y sobre en diseño de Knockout sabían que tsmbien existe un diseño del mismo Decepticon pero que ahí otra contraparte pero que no es un Shattered Glass, es decir que me estoy refiriendo al videojuego de Campaña: Transformers Universe Test Your Metal, y los personajes que se parecen un poco son Knockout de los Decepticons y Overclock de los Autobots y este último es lo más cercano o una combinación entre los modelos de figuras: Optimus Prime y Bumblebee de TF War for Cybertron de la línea Studio Series. Mi punto es que también habría que darles una oportunidad a los videojuegos como Transformers Universe Test Your Metal pero para incluir esa continuidad a la línea misma de figuras y juguetes de Transformers Legacy ya que que Transformers Universe tiene también sus personajes con cada estilo de modo vehículo como en su modo robot al estilo de la serie de Transformers Prime pero que esos diseños mismo no los incluyeron en la serie misma ya que como nos contó Arcee en el mismo universo Aligned, algunos Autobots habían subido a la nave arca para escapar de Cybertron y para cuando Jack le preguntó que pasó con esos mismo Autobots, pues la respuesta de Arcee fue: "esparcidos en el aire" , y con eso me dio a entender que no solo personajes Autobots de G1, Animated, de TF Universe Test Your Metal y hasta del Bayverse se habían muerto mismo en la tierra o en alguno choque tipo aterrizaje de emergencia en la tierra y yo en ese punto me hubiera encantado ver la personalidad de los Genelos Skids y Mudflap del Bayverse en modo Transformers Prime con sus cómicas peleas infantiles a pesar de que para otros los consideraron racistas y por eso Hasbro no quería volver a mencionarlos y por Últimos, deberían de volver a rehacer a Megatron de TF2 ROTF pero tomando como referencia de diseño al Megatron del videojuego campaña de Transformers Online China y para hacerlo figura, deberían de basarse el la figura de Megatron de Transformers Prime y volverlo un Triple Changer como lo fue en concepto de Transformers Studio Series del universo de las películas de Travis Knight ya que el Megatron de TF2 ROTF en Yransformers Online China fue para mi uno de los diseños que me habrían encantado que lo re-aprovecharan para hacerlo parte de la serie de Transformers Prime y para su tercera forma o su tercera aparición, habríamos que tomar como referencia el modo camión solito y su Remolque aparte del Megatron de TF3 DOTM y para eso habría que basarnos en las dos figuras de Morotmaster de los Stunticons (Transformers Legacy), Optimus Prime y Ultra-Magnus (Transformers Siege) y también para variar más los artes conceptuales de Transformers Universo Aligned, para poder llegar a TF Robots in Disguise 2015 y de ahí revivir al diseño concept art de Megatron en modo camión ya que su modo habría sido también una regresión retro pero que su diseño mismo fue reutilizado para solo traernos a Motormaster para TF RID 2015 Combiner Force y ni siquiera tenían pensado en traer a Megatron como un nuevo aliado después de que Cybertron le tomo por Auto-exiliado y dejó por completo a los Decepticons y espero que smcpn estos datos, talvez Hasbro en Transformers Legacy talvez nos den este estilo de figuras para darnos una regresión por la inclusión misma de los diseños y sus continuidades menos reconocidas y espero que también esos diseños los vuelvan a poner en futuras películas Live-action como ll fue su mera inclusión a Wheels como un Bus Volkswagen que hizo indirectamente una clara referencia al Autobot Outsider de Transformers Universe Test Your Metal.
