Sir, actually simple work,care fully,wind with hand,or machine, with Sam gauge copper, wire,and change,commutater and cut slightly 0.5 mm,in lathe, lathe machine.since we repair. change bearing also.then fit with new carbon brush and current switch 😊 thankyou sir,

Finally I'm starting to understand . I think I have bad soldering .It is ok if I try to resolder the contacts at each connection ?. Best video on the subject I ever saw .

yes. dry soldering makes huge problem, as at high current a very minor amount of resistance causes to drop the voltage across the dry soldered connection, wire insulation must be removed properly, then tinned properly and must be soldered properly thanks for your valuable feedback

One of the most common fault is when the interwinding are shorted , or partially shorted. In this case a Multimeter is not very helpful. In the industry they use a device called Growler to diagnosis. You can make your own Growler easily, there is a bunch of videos show how to make one. This is the only reliable test for shorted armatures.

yes it is real coffee 33% roasted coffee beans and 66% slightly roasted beans a slight amount of cardamom for flavor then made in just boiling water without any sugar and creamer it is awesome with natural coffee taste

Ok . But do you think this method of testing is enough to prove funcionallity of some armature , without magnet for rotor ? I have also one qvestion .. If you know more about magnet field and coils !? If some stator has 340 coils in sum , two times with 170 coils with wire size 0,20 mm why is not possible use wire 0,40 mm with double less coils , 85 in this case for same magnet field ?
