We love those frozen hashbrown patties. When I make them homemade, I just chunk the potatoes then mince them in my processor, instead of shredding them. Add just the egg white, and use potato flour as my binder. (I use my bullet blender to grind potato flakes and rolled oats into alternative flours to add to my yeast doughs.) Breakfast for supper is always a winner in our house! We always called toast made in a skillet "camp toast" because that's how we did when camping. I learned to clean as you go when working in a burger & fries drive-in many years ago. It was a requirement that we keep our work areas clean. Do not apologize for being meticulous. It's not a negative trait.

Saw your shirt of a flag with a cross over it. I thought this country would keep separation of church and state. I really don't want someone pushing their believes on to me. You believe what you want and I will believe what I want. Now I will not be watching.

It was just a shirt. Not meant to disrespect anyone or their beliefs just a gardening shirt. I did not even realize it meant anything

Linda, I watch you almost every day. I admire you for all you do. I am going to try hashbrowns just like you made these. I am considered a good cook, but I am always learning new things. Those look delicious. Ignore the comment of separation of church and state over your shirt. This country was founded on Christian principals. The one did not like your shirt with the flag with the cross did not remember to respect you. After all WE choose to come visit you in your home….and you are a sweet heart. I do not comment much, but keep on exactly as you are. I am also getting some great tips on gardening and admire all of your hard work. I am learning how to grow in our one year old greenhouse up here at 8,600’ altitude to be able to have healthier food, and to be able to have herbs and vegetables and some berries in case the stores shut down. Our growing season is much later than yours. We had two big snow storms in May. I love a home grown tomato, with some home grown basil and mayonnaise sandwiches. Maybe I can find a home grown tomato at the Farmer’s Market Friday. Yes simple foods are the best. I can not imagine 107 temp. I think anything over 85 is HOT. LOL. Nice visit sweet lady. AND, God Bless you. 35:51 These are crazy days. May God save America.
