Anybody know, remember, seen or found any other American cartoons other then Hashimoto mice cartoon, but has Japanese female cats in kimono too as I didn't watch all the episodes yet of Hashimoto one? Because someone who upload this video unfortunately said "don't recall seeing an animated female cat in kimono or as a geisha nor in any of the Hashimoto cartoons" as I would think of a white cat family in kimono being friendly to the mice.

You're probably better off pinging one of the big anime channels to get a response. Unfortunately, my pitiful channel too teensy. Not much response. I sad briefly, but then? I endure.

I haven't seen a female cat yet in a kimono. Hope geisha cats or honorable lady/mother Japanese cat(s) too are in this series, just like I was glad this was uploaded in 2018.

I don't recall seeing an animated female cat in kimono or as a geisha nor in any of the Hashimoto cartoons. Perhaps anime/manga? Although there, you'll most likely still not find actual cats but cat 'people' with ears and tails yet with female cat people in kimonos.

+@@gallopingalumphus5390 Aww, that's a bit of a bum, I expect Scrappy the now grown up kitten maybe meet or found his mother in a kimono in another episode and also I thought he was a female kitten, because he had a bow on. I only seen human girl with cat ears and cat tails, but not seen them in kimono, but I really much more want to see American cartoons showing female cats in kimonos as geishas or mother cats then in anime as I also have not seen any full cats in kimono in anime. It's also a bit shock that the dog scooby was in a geisha kimono, even though he's not female, I really wish to see a white husband and wife cats in kimono with their kitten children.

@@Kawayoporu Agreed. Manga world and Anime world totally forgotten female cats in kimonos. It's truly WEIRD. I guess they think it won't sell. ?? They ask, "Anybody wanna see female cats in kimonos?" The response? . . . crickets.

Whew, this was uploaded in 2018, nice for the Japanese presence American cartoon, I thought it be only cats and mice in the series, but turns out both humans and animals are in it at all. Are there female cats or geisha cats in this series too, anybody remembers as I didn't watch this series on TV before?
@gallopingalumphus53902 жыл бұрын
You may have just stumbled onto a great idea -- an animated series based on an actual female cat wearing a kimono. Plot? Setting? How about? In period Japan where cats are the inhabitants, by day, she is a simple kimono-wearing house cat, dedicated to her family, but by night? She is ruthless and unstoppable female NINJA cat utterly committed to defending against all challengers to the TokuCATwa shogunate! What do you think? PS> Indeed! 2018 was a great year.

@@okamijubei Anime has been shown on American TV since the early 1960s. So, many of us grew up with it. In fact, I'm an early Gen-Xer and some of my earliest TV viewing memories are of watching anime like the original Speed Racer, Marine Boy, and Kimba the White Lion. There were a few live action superhero shows from Japan, also. As such, my whole generation became otakus before the word was even invented.
