Dear Hash. Vladimir is a champion who has absolutlly no cc at all. He cannot stun you, fear you, root you. He has no gap closer, literally a walking caster and his only utility is an escape ability which cost a big percentage of his life. No natural movespeed steroids, you're 100% rely on your items and runes for at least have a chance to run away/chase some folks when you have to. These facts above prove that Vlad is never gonna be meta unless they change his kit because the champion is not flexible at all. You are forced to buy ms and cdr items unless you are fucked and once you're behind, you're fucked. Vlad has a Q which has 2 different states and EVERY single person in the game see which one is up, and WHEN is gonna be up. Yep. Please don't make yourself even more ridiculously for saying he is broken since he is one of the weakest champions in the game when it comes to solo lane.

And not flexibale at all, when Vlad was palyed mid, top, even Bot when mages got nerfed 8.11 to death. Seriously, listing up his kit like a child and acting it woulod be any proof is so dumb. it can be easy done by any champ. "Oh, Aatrox will enver be meta. He only ahs weak 0,25s Knockups, the tiniest dash in the whole game, deals no damage to minions and you rely 100% on your items and runes to do anythign (like god damm EVERY CHAMP). he will never be meta, ehh". You missunderstood the concept, or just don't want to understand.. idk honestly. I said not flexible, which means you have to build him the same shit every game because if you have no cdr, no movespeed buff you are fucked. The same goes for the bruiser build (it's the same as well, like Triforce, Sterak, titanic and so on on Irealia for example) but your build won't compensate the lack of your kit there. Empowers it instead. Being able to play a champion in different lanes doesn't make one "flexible". You bring up pick rates and banes which only mean how popular is it and not how weak or strong his design is. Raw stats doesn't mean a thing, don't make it fool you.
