I have been thinking of this idea in my head so lemme say it I feel like giyuu and dazai kinda would share the same past like the way they were treated, obviously dazai was abused and used bc of his ability and smart iq while giyuu no one believed him abt demons and now that I think of it if he hasn't ran away he would have probably been abused the same way as dazai or even worse since back in 1880-1912 mentally ill people were treated horrible so if he hadn't ran away he probably would be more broken and suicidal like dazai. (idk just had this thought yesterday)
