Hey Spencer, I'm long time FM fan and player, too. Piece of advise: get a better physio. The one you have is poor and gives you unrealisticly high return dates for injuries. I also advise you work on your training plan. Put more match practice in, for better results.

Tips: Don't have too many saved formations/tactics. Stick to 2 at most! Make sure you're training your players properly (look at individual training) Make sure it's not to hard Get better coaching and physio staff!! Talk to your players. Tell them when they aren't playing very well. Listen to suggestions from your Assistant. If your assistant has bad stats...get a new one! If Jack Harrison gets injured, you're screwed. Best player I've ever used in the history of FM (Dele Alli)
