It's been established, hasn't it, that Ramat Rachel was a Persian administrative center? I wish Israel Finkelstein had explained and described artifacts/architecture from the Persian, for example, found at Ramat Rahel. I like Finkelstein, but I think he somewhat minimized the importance of Ramat Rachel and the fact that it for a variety of reasons could very well have been the Persian administrative center.
