The smile on his face when he was reving the bike on the trailer. Priceless. These always look like such fun. Someday I will try.

Hard to believe that he was only 9 when we bought that thing. I thought it was hilarious that I said that he might be able to ride that when he is 12 - since now he is 12!! ha!

That looks like a fun project bike. I owned a UK spec CB400T Dream for a few years round about 1982, mine was probably a 1978 model and was far from tidy when I got it. Mine ran and handled great once I had properly tightened up the steering head bearings and replaced the badly rusted exhaust system with a quality aftermarket one. Yours sounds great in this video, I wonder if it is quite low mileage? At least on the early models, the top ends can become very noisy but do seem to just keep on working. I'm sure you already know the importance of properly servicing all the oil filters and strainers (etc.) on these small high revving Hondas. (I learnt the importance of that the hard way, when a used CB400F seized up on me before I had had time to properly service it.) Have fun...

That's a fantastic story, love that. We didn't show our excitement as much as we should have in the video. That really was a surprise that it started that easily. That was the second time it had started in 10 years. Once on the trailer and then nearly 3 years later on the table. We are excited to transform this into a cool machine for him. Thanks for watching and commenting

Honda Super dream in UK. CB 250N and 400N. 250s really common for learns but a bit heavy for the power. 400s were okay.

We are going to take off some of the weight to make it the way he wants it. There should be plenty of power for him 🍻
