+Big E's Vapor Shop Thanks for sharing! We have an all-original Amphicat that came from the remains of a dealership. They're fun little machines.

Wait? Is that portal axles and independent suspension on the 8x8?
@2artactical553 жыл бұрын
So what do you think of the Mud-ox with the suspension on the trails, mud and water? Is the suspension a worthwhile investment that improves the performance or is it merely a cool looking gimmick?

The suspension works great. This was just a prototype unit. At this time there isn't a suspension kit for the Mudd-Ox.

@@TurnNBurn I am wanting to make my own suspension kits for my 2000 Argo Conquest 8x8. Yours must be the same one that was displayed on 6x6world forum with lots of pictures of how the suspension for it was made. I was just curious about it's skid steer durability with only the 4 bearing flange bolts that hold each suspension "pod" on. There's a guy in Canada who makes them very similar to yours but for Argo 8x8s. Very cool!

Dude looks like a blast! My dad and I have owned on since new in 2000, it's an Argo Conquest 8x8 with winch, tracks, bilge pump, heater and top with windshield. He's trying sell it. Where you guys located? The only time we went with a group was Humphrey New York with the route 6x6 bunch. Had we places to do stuff like this we'd have kept it. We're from North west Indiana. I myself prefer the quad (Yamaha grizzly). Anyway thought I comment this seems badass wish we had places like this to take ours.

Great video. I'll try to make the next one but this year I was real busy. You guys should put the Mud Nationals on your calendar for March.

I was watching this video and I observed a 6x6 Mudd-Ox. I would very much like to perches one, however I can't find one and I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. Until this video I was unaware that the Mudd-Ox was even available in the 6x6 model. Any helpful hint would be greatly appreciated.

The 6x6 is a factory "prototype" which was just an 8x8 with the rear cut off. With little price difference, the 8x8 is the way to go with ability.

MuddOxRacing Thank you for giving me the information I requested and for the helpful knowledge with the 6x6 vs the 8x8 Mudd-Ox in performance.
