Hasselblad X3D 150C : 150 Megapixel Beast ?

They can’t fit the 150 censor in an X2D housing.. So if this is some way true, it will be a new camera body.. And the optics?

A 150MP sensor in an X3D would likely require a new camera body due to heat, processing, and size demands. Hasselblad might also need to update its XCD lenses to fully utilize the increased resolution.

For a medium format? That lens will be the size of a small car.

The medium format goes the other way in the crop world. So a 2000mm lens would be closer to a 3000 mm lens to get the 200m crop. I am not sure of the ratio. But Hasselblads are not known for high speed shutters, and high frame rates needed for sports and wildlife photography and action photography. That being said, I would love love to buy one of these.

Stay away from new cameras, get X2D, too many problems have been fixed by firmware updates, X3D will be perfectly fine in 5 years, after many firmware updates.
