Why do so many of the lights inside the shops flicker? They seem to do that on all the walking tours I've seen on KZbin. I've visited in Europe for real and not any of the lights or electronic signs flickered.

I guess it is due to a wrong "flicker-reduction" setting on my side when exporting the videos...

@@Vorgewandert Flicker reduction setting? Thought all the lights were steady and did not need flicker reduction"-the lights are steady and continuous to the eyes.
