Back when I was a Windows user, there was a utility called CBX shell that would change the thumbnail of an archive zip file into the thumbnail of the first image in the archive. And that was a great feature that I miss on Linux.

why not self-host, in the cloud and/or on-premise. much better. no unnecessarily heavy dependencies on others stuff. minimal dependency contact surface. like email, just drag and drop, send. as a programmer, why not manage stuff yourself. yep you gotta have general skill set, instead of narrow. being narrow costs you everything including money. can do yourself everything.
