Slowly work on something make it as well as they can, take old maps, new maps, old guns, new guns etc. Keep mechanics from cod4 and movement from MW2. keep it in the present. Just a 'COD: Best bits' kind of thing.

I know how the dev cycle works. I just think they need to stop for a while. Depends on what platform you play. Black ops was not close to as good on PC but on console despite the unbalanced guns was good. Black ops 2 is a great game and even after being out for nearly 3 years still has enough players to find a game quickly.
