11:37 what a cheating kind of shuffle is that. slap his hand and gave him warning. 2 hares were on top of deck. So basically he intentionally put them kinda in the middle of the deck. Funny way of opponent cutting his deck is that he kinda did the reverse thing >

It’s not cheating. Once you look at your deck, there is no mandatory type of shuffle. This is the reason the opponent ALWAYS gets last touch after looking through a deck. Sadly the other player did not use this to their advantage and basically ensured those two cards are not possibly back on top of the deck of bujin player. Kind of scummy sure, but not illegal.
