For Twins and Last Action Hero I think the casting made sense. They wanted two extremes for the twins, and for Last Action Hero at the time there was a handful of actors who ws the embodiment of the quips spewing Invincible protagonist and he was one of them.

You can't name Twins and Last Action Hero. Twins they were going for those two extremes. It wasn't like they were wanting Jeff Goldblum and ended up getting the Arnold Schwarzenegger. Same Last Action Hero, he was supposed to be a over-the-top Super Macho Action Hero that can do crazy s*** and never get hurt. And what better actor to do that than one of the biggest action stars of all time

Just a fun fact, John Wayne was never supposed to play Khan. Everyone said not too and no one on the film wanted him in the part. He used his celebrity weight to force his way into the part.

game devs back then thought you would just use your imagination... infact the people who paid for games to be made back then thought of games as toys, so a kid would just see it moving on screen, control it, maybe hear some music, and use their imagination just like with any other "toy".

you might mean Conan Exiles which is not completly with conan but also not without him but its definitly more fun than Ark or many other Survival games! you saying that many games before ps3 and co where just bad they still exist and many more are still coming out and are also made from big companys like ubisoft not only being a **** company to their customer but also their employees sorry but they can really **** off! or look at the recommended page of the playstation store where Life Of Black Tiger, Thony Hawks 5 and many other games where presented and in the end where either not playable or got shut down and useless! Jim Sterling is a nice guy to watch if you want a bit more about ****y companies and also many ***y games! or you just look up stuff like how Ubisoft made a Tetris game that might even be more interesting because many dont know, that they made one, i wonder why? ^^
