LTO has to get on the ball. E-trikes are ok but the people driving them are not. Lots never follow road rules ie: driving in the middle of traffic etc. The LTO has to start them to be registered and drivers pass a drivers test exam and test and licensed before operating them on the road. Fine is braking the law - Php3000.
