Hello there, so how can I change the size of the digitized file to fit my 5x7 machine? Also, how can I adjust the overall size in general of the design? Best regards.

Thank you. Good start to autodigitizing. At work we are considering getting hatch and have started testing out the trial version. Right now we have very large thread counts and after this I suspect that we need to adjust for fabric type.

Hi John, that is great that you are trialing Hatch! Did you know the awesome Auto-Fabric feature will automatically adjust your design to the selected fabric?

Hi, other than a PC, what other hardware I need to buy? If I am using the auto-digitizing function, do I still need a drawing tablet? I do my graphic design on my Android tablet, do I still need a drawing tablet?

It says my design has 56 trims? Is there a way I can remove these because they make my machine stop and trim the thread 56 times

Sounds like you need to get the sequencing of the objects in your design right, so they are grouped together by colour as much as possible. Ther is a function in Hatch to optimize the number of colour changes. You can use it first, then male adjustments manually if necessary.

When I digitize my images they look great on my computer. When I transfer them to my drive and open them for preview on my se600, i get these random lines in the preview sometimes. However when i get to actual embroidering the image, these lines dont appear on the actual work and it comes out fine. Any idea why this happens? I confirmed in using correct files and everything. Thank you!

Hi Jose, this sounds more an issue with how your embroidery machine displays the designs.

Hi! Question, Is this the Hatch Digitizer? Or can I convert jpeg/png files to embroidery files with Hatch Organizer?
@HatchEmbroidery4 жыл бұрын
Hi Noreen, you need minimum Hatch Embroidery Composer to be able to turn your image files into embroidery files.

Do I need to buy artwork or I can make it using hatch software? If I need to buy where can I buy it from?
@HatchEmbroidery3 жыл бұрын
Hi Rashila. You can open any compatible artwork file. Some create their own using CorelDRAW or Photoshop. Others buy artwork. It's up to you but remind you to ensure you have the rights to use it. There is lots of information in our user guide to help you. www.embroideryhelp.net/hatch/digitizer/en/user-guide/electronic-artwork/import-images
