Is Pizza Healthy?

You guys, I'm Italian and it looks legit. Naples style, with the thicker crust. He kept saying he was studying and studying, great, but why not go to Italy and ask how it's done? Learn from the maestros. Pizza's a complex thing, you need decent air, water, a good oven, fresh ingredients..everything is crucial. Now I gotta say, I'm often in LA and I LOVE the foid variety there. I found some great Italian restaurants too for pasta, but pizza..a no go. I'm sure there are some legit pizzerias there, just haven't found them yet. This guy's pizza looks great, gotta love his passion too 👏

The al dente nutrition idea is in regards to "resistant starches" (ones that are harder to mobilize and metabolize and therefore less nutritional impact- calories, insulin, etc).

Hi sweet Teri! Pizza definitely can be healthy. I put a small amount of pesto sauce as my base. I use whole wheat dough or cauliflower dough which is my favorite! Mostly vegetables as the toppings and recently adding tiny pieces of sardines. Pizza is delicious 😋. Hope you have a good day beautiful Teri 🍕🌻🤗

That looks like a vegetarian pizza and I would have to get some meat on mine. That one does look nice and tasty, but I love my meat so much and have to get it on mine, starting with Canadian Bacon and then adding to that.
