This is so-called 15 minutes city concept. In Poland and especially in Warsaw the first floors are usually used for stores and services (restaurants, cafes, fitness, beauty saloons, kindergartners, language schools, etc.)

This is a nightmare for the residents. When buying an apartment, I was looking for one without any services, shops, restaurants and schools on the ground floor. In such a building you have constant noise, conversations, music, smells, the hum of air conditioners. Not suitable for an apartment. Maybe for offices.

Warsaw Ghetto was also a 15 minute city. The motivation behind 15 minute cities comes from Nazi World Economic forum. It’s about control and nothing else.

Hello! I am sending you warm wishes from Thailand. My name is Eric, and I am a Filipino currently employed in Thailand. In the past, I had the opportunity to teach in Nadarzyn and resided in Brwinow. This experience allowed me to serve as a Volunteer Missionary English Teacher. On two occasions, I had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent palace alongside a friend. I have a strong desire to return to Poland and seek employment there, especially since I have heard about the significant Filipino population working in the country. Interestingly, Vietnamese individuals were the predominant Asian nationality there, with Indians also being present.

Its so cute u like Miasteczko Wilanów, and its so nice u showed it to us. I used to live in Warsaw 10 years, but have never been there - only in the castle. The public transport there is bad, but in 100 years will be there metro and trams, then i will go and see it on my own eyes ;)

Варшава погибла после Варшавского восстания 1944 г. Она была буквально стерта с лица земли. Варшава до сих пор залечивает раны войны. Через 40 или 50 лет можно будет сказать, что у нас есть город без военных ран. Это будет компактный город. Конечно, он не будет похож на довоенный город, который многие называли Северным Парижем, но это будет вполне современный город. В конце 1970-х я жил в общежитиях на улице Новоурсинской. Каждый вечер я бегал к Powsina. Там, где сегодня находится новый Вилянув, раньше были луга и поля.🤣🤣🤣😂 Дворец Яна III Собеского - единственный неповрежденный дворец в Варшаве во время войны. Все остальные реконструкции.

Irina,i stayed many many times over 30 years in fact very near to this new development onJana Sobieskiego opposite the hospital (near Vietnam Embassy).I remember only green fields there,and that wasn't all that long ago either.How times change eh.Thanks for the upload.😀😀😀
