It might help to elaborate on the seemingly anti-LGBT tirade ole boy went on while people were cheering him on at the end. If I wasn’t following what he was saying correctly, I’d love for someone to correct me. “Idgaf Leave me out of it” “Nobody is getting beat up or killed”. “All this discourse for what?”- “If you just shut up everything will be okay” “Niggas make an issue when there ain’t no issue” Weird that bro spent the last half hour playing songs about oppressed people and really said “but not THOSE people tho.

I gotta admit, questionable attitude. I had to listen to it a couple of times to attempt to get an idea of intention. Though, to be fair, the band goes straight into Hatekeeper. If he is against gays, or whatever, then that's his right. Doesn't matter if I disagree or not. I think it's, mainly, pointed at those that "if you don't cause a scene, there will be no scene" type scenarios. From my understanding, purely "non-victimhood" mentality. You can be a victim to things happening, but you don't have to claim to be the victim without the personal struggle. "Making an issue when there ain't no issue" is a pretty popular argument, or stance, that, typically, turns neutral allies to swinging against due to things being said out of context or reacted too heavily on without discussion. NickMercs, who many may know or not, had a pretty public stance about "leaving the kids alone" when it came to media. I think the headline was about Drag Queens coming to read to children. Honestly, I don't remember the headline, but, due to the backlash of him stating his own opinion - he got pushed away from any level of idea that could've made him ally to anything related to it. Now, more often than not, he's, now, more outspoken than he has been. Idk if it's because of reactions, truly internal beliefs or what, but I imagine the outrage inspired him to feel more strongly about the way that he does. I think End It, or just the vocalist, echoes that similar aspect. Without knowing much, I think End It focuses around the 1980s attitude of Hardcore. Closer to when the two political parties weren't so engrained in our (American) lives, where the discourse and overlapping of beliefs were more common. Was, more-so, a conservative scene then, but had a lot of, what we would now consider as well as then, liberal ideas. Mainly, if there isn't a problem right now, in this very moment, there's no need to reach and claim that it's X, Y or Z that's causing the issue. Some blaming has ostracized groups of individuals just due to the extreme polar and emotional response that comes from, what many may consider, harmless or slightly off putting messages. Again, I'm not saying he's right or wrong in whatever he was attempting to get across, but attempting to, possibly, explain the intention. Honestly, I wish I knew and he had an interview about this moment or more about his political ideologies. I'd love to have ideas fleshed out and have an understand of what he meant without having some level of an emotional response. To remain as logical and understanding as possible.
