Go watch videos like Irate - Vendetta, Shattered Realm - This World is Mine, Billy Club Sandwich - Suckerpunch, Subzero - Higher Power, Sworn Enemy - As Real as It Gets, Terror - Overcome just to name few ones...If you don't want punches n kicking in mosh pits you might want generic metalcore/hardcore stuff like the new Parkway Drive.
