Growing up my dads side of the family was trinitarian christian i went to ebenezer baptist church by no choice i had to go there wasnt a such thing as staying home, then my moms side was jehovah eitness and i literally had to go knock on doors ebery other weekend with my moms side of the family with the watch tower. So many differences k saw as a young child between the two and little did i know that was allah guiding me to him since a young confused child and that went on until i was 16 so i really have a deep view of both of those religions and i always knew i was lukewarm in church and always felt like god knew my heart was genuine but i was going tk hell for being lukewarm i never truly believed in Christianity alot of them are just brainwashed since childhood because they HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO TO THE CHURCH because of their parents just like me. But alhamdulilah i read the quran and literally finally felt like everything i read fell in line with how i felt with everything alhamdulilah thank ylu for guiding me to you allah may you continue to guide me on the straight path

The verse refer to the people of the books, meant it's not directed to Prophet Muhammad pbuh, that they, the people of the books has nothing to stand on, unless they observed the originals... Saying to the prophet, not to grieve for those, who disbelieve the revelations revealed to him... They changed the originals, and claimed that what they wrote, to come from God....

It’s Interesting that, the very first verse brother Abdul Wahab read was, (paraphrasing) “Among the people are those who are illiterate and know nothing of the scripture but lies.” Then the shirtless Christian goes on to read the verse, “O people of the the book, you have nothing to stand on,unless you have observed the Torah, injeel, & what has been revealed to you O prophet” So the point he’s attempting to make is next to mute. The Christian saying 👇🏽 (for Allah to tell people to “observe” these scriptures, then they would have had to have been authoritative) that’s not the point of that verse & not necessarily true. The point of the ‘Ayah, that the shirtless Christian is referring to, is to address those who…. (“Among the people are those who are illiterate and know nothing of the scripture but lies.”) Allah is addressing these people in the verse that this Christian is reading Alhamdulillah.
