Watching Trott place those pylons and rotating each one 4 times to make a set, over and over... really got to my OCD. Just place one corner of each in a particular orientation, stack it, and move to the next one. Then rotate once, and repeat back down the line.

It's a bit of both. A lot of the buildings in the city were from Darkness Falls but recent updates to the vanilla game also dramatically improved the city generation so that it's more complex and interesting.
