The prasarita padottanasana poses starting at 25:35 are causing a really uncomfortable pain behind my knees.. I'm unable to concentrate on lengthening my spine.. I tried a slight bend in my knees but it doesn't help. I really want to be able to do it. I'm planning for TT at your institute.

Devyani Chemburkar namaste,make sure feet firmly grounded. Keep the knees soft. The first week do only one or two variation. Week after week add one each

Hello- namaste 🙏🏽 I am pretty strong but I have really tight hips and a s lower lumbar fusion and I was just wondering are there any prepratory stretches before attempting any yoga practice- or will flexibility increase with regular practice? Sorry if this a silly question- I suspect it’s both... any suggestions would be welcome
