Sultan Suleiman gets poisoned...
When Hürrem learns about it, life turns into a nightmare for her. No one knows who has made an attempt on Suleiman's life. That's why Hürrem accuses İbrahim Pasha and Prince Mustafa. A note arrives to Manisa Palace. Sultana Mahidevran gets terrified when she reads what's written on the note. The war between Hürrem and İbrahim gets even bigger. Hürrem sets a trap for İbrahim.
As soon as Hürrem learns that Prince Mehmet will serve in sanjak, she directly goes to Suleiman. However, Hürrem finds Suleiman lying on the floor unconscious as she enters the privy chamber. She provides the doctor's intervention right away. Everyone gets terrified as it's learned that Suleiman has got poisoned.
Hürrem prays for Suleiman to get better. On the other hand, she has to protect her children. She thinks İbrahim and Mustafa have a finger in this. İbrahim gets seriously implicated and he has the bit in his teeth to enlighten this incident.
On the other hand, Manisa Palace gets agitated because of a note received. Mahidevran realizes that there is a spy in the palace. Mustafa's life is in danger. Yahya of Taşlıca starts to investigate it right away. The mysterious spy makes everyone lose their sleep in the palace.
As İbrahim investigates who has poisoned Suleiman, he finds out that Firuze is helped to get to Persian lands. Meanwhile, Hürrem has only one goal, which is to get rid of her nemesis. She sets up a trap that İbrahim rocked.

I wonder if Sulieman for even one second considered how the execution would affect not only Hatice herself, but also his own relationship with his sister? Not only that he executed Ibrahim, he did it without a warning. Nothing that showed that something was wrong with the relationship with him and Ibrahim. Nothing that showed that he was displeased with Ibrahim. So not only did he executed her husband, he completely pulled out the rug from under her feet. It’s like he completely forgot Hatice.

Like a snake. This us why I started hating Suleyman. Once he killed Ibrahim which I never saw it coming I started asking around what would happen with the series in the upcoming episodes and was told that he kills Mustapha and Bayazit and that the drunkard prince becomes the next sultan. I basically stopped watching it right there and then. All the sultans and rulers who killed family and friends for the throne I consider them lowly beings. I would rather be a normal citizen than do that.

If it were anyone else calling himself Emperor, considering himself as high as the Sultan, abusing his power, Suleiman would have him executed without batting an eyelash. But having Ibrahim executed weighed so heavily on him. He had no choice. If he let Ibrahim live, it would have sent the wrong message to the people. That even a slave could get away with disrespecting the Sultan. He couldn’t let that happen. It could have led to a revolt.
