Don't be fooled! I'm still making these, the goal is still to snap all 151 original Pokemon (the game only had 63)! But as I've been hoping to redo my early ones I'll be rebooting the series! Starting with a NEW COURSE coming NEXT MONTH!! 😁 Meanwhile here's the entire old series, which reached 119 kinds and 510810 points!

Heh. Cute! ..even though Johto exist in these thanks to lugia. But hey, thanks~ (..still happy but sad pikmin 4 came out for your sake.. now rebooting the entire franchise behind 3. ..since the game mention three DOES happen in the future.. with two probably being a dream funnt enough. Heh.)

you could recreate the beta map that had the Ekans in it as well as some of the other scrapped maps that we know of

The Charizard in the egg bothered me initially, was thinking why not like any Stage 1 (Like Ho-Oh despite it's National Number) instead of a Stage 3 straight out of an egg.. but after what happened next.. Well, it still bothered me a bit, but I can't deny the following event (I'm not looking to spoil) is pretty darn cool and couldn't be done with a Ho-Oh or Moltres, etc,.

Ok. Charizard is in the race too? C'mon, I get it he's a very popular Gen 1, starter even.. but overuseage devalues what coolness he still has all these years later. Why not Charmeleon, Dragonite, or even Dragonair instead? :/ Still super 64 cool though. :) Edit: Lugia was an unexpected surprise.

My one thing is that I do feel like you could get a lot of mileage out of simulating the janky N64 FPS controls a bit more. Heck, I'd actually suggest building a control setup to animate the aiming reticle that actually takes notes from the Goldeneye style of FPS aiming, with a smaller reticle bounding box, and a kinda sticky autocentering reticle, even though that's not how Snap was. I assume you're doing this in Blender, so you can literally create a simple UI element to overlay over your animations. A smaller bounding box may mime to viewers that the reticle bounding box is a thing that exists, especially if they never played games where the cursor can wiggle a bit before the camera will budge at all. And I don't think Snap had autocenter much if at all, but its controls were a bit... jerky? Small movements often felt either registered as either X or Y. I'm thinking you could emulate some of that jerkiness with a slight auto center.

Amazing! Pidgeotto was in the Surfing episode though, but I was too lazy to update the report as it was the last one added 😂 when I reboot the series next month though the Pokémon will be completely different 😂
