I have made a small theory upon listening to this....Basically on some random day of the year Miku and her lover are near a Sakura tree forest, and a road...Then they get into a fight about ( what a suprise) lies and rumors and what not, the lover storms off in rage onto the road, and gets hit by a car..and dies almost instantly because of it. Miku then gets his tombstone placed in the sakura tree forest where she starts regreting what she had said and revealing that it was indeed a lie. Unfourtunately the image of her lover dying gets stuck in her head for many years, haunting her...she starts to think about ways to reach him, and she comes to the conclusion that suicide would be the logical answer..But she starts to wonder if even _that_ would work or not..She decides not to, while still being haunted until she finally dies, getting to make it up with her lover and creates peace between the two of them.......I cried while typing this...:''''(

What comes up to my mind when I listen to it is that Miku was faking feelings for a guy who believed it but then he got to know it was all a lie, that she didnt love her and she walked away. But then after three years she remembers the moments with that guy and all what they shared and did together and then even if she faked it somehow all that is inside her and after some years she kinda realizes she loves him but its too late. I dont know how to explain my idea quite well, I hope you get it >.
