I perfected this song on easy and normal and am close to do the same on hard. first time i tried this on extreme i got dropped out very fast and my only thought was "nope, never" but no i can get most of those overlapping notes on one hand

You use the sticks (either one) in any direction. Just make sure the note lines up when you move the stick

Hitting the stars are easy! All you do is swipe the analog stick and ps3 and swipe the screen on psvita. You do the same thing wit the big star.

I think the chance time note chart is really disappointing. He is singing really fast on that bridge underneath the long notes that he was simply singing and SEGA could have used his fast singing in the chance time to make a hard spam, even if it was just the end of it. :(

ça n'a rien d’exceptionnel de faire un "perfect" (même en extrême) sur cette chanson... elle est vraiment facile (un peu trop même), elle est d'un niveau normal/hard par rapport à d'autre chanson comme "secret police". (Je ne critique pas, je dis juste mon avis :) )
