from another video i saw,just wipe thoroughly with a dry towel both inside ice hopper area and ice dispersal areas to remove all water,don't want mold or bacteria ya know,but that's all i saw...it is just ice,unless you freeze other liquids to shave like juice then idk,probably soap,water,then dry I'd guess. normally all the flavor and staining stuff happens outside of and away from machine, typically nothing but people and ice touch it,so clean however you do for those factors.
