Not sure if you have it installed or if it’s available in the US but I have a software called Flux which dims your laptop screen to white/ blue light to yellow towards the end of the day! It’s much better for your eyes and great if you find it hard to sleep after using screen devices! You literally google it and it’s free to install x

I went to cuba a couple of months ago and it changed my life!! The culture and people there are so beautiful...and don't even get me started on the food!!!!! I came back and my hair had literally grown 3 inches (probably from all the meat and beans lol)
