As the clouds opened up from the heavens and the light shone through.... thats what I think about all these Ambient products from Hourglass... BIG LOL I know... These blushes are lovely... they look beautiful on the skin... On my fair skin all six shades will work. I'm a little concerned about ethereal glow and dim infusion on deeper skin tones... although they may suit as a highlight. The textures are like buttah... and they blend out beautifully as well. If hourglass wants to release a few more colors... I wouldn't mind ;) Although these do cover a pretty nice spectrum. :) So I hope you mighty fine Folks found this video useful... Thanks Tara! I had a hard time deciding which color to choose. This tutorial helped me immensely! I love all of the colors, but with my skin tone (medium to tan with neutral undertones), some of them may or may not show up on my skin. I think I'll be choosing the plum-colored blush. Again, thanks!

Omg I want these ! They r so beautiful ;-) I was lucky enough to get that holiday LE ambient lighting palette & I'm absolutely obsessed with it & I dare say that the palette is possibly my fave makeup product EVER! The blushes are a good option for those who wanted the powders since you do get the concept of the powder in there too for less price. I like that, will definitely try them out in-store, and check the veining before you buy it!

I use the Diffused Light to set my concealer and it has become Holy Grail. I am not a blusher fan and actually prefer a lighter matte bronzer with a deeper matte bronzer to contour. After watching this I want to purchase one of the finishing powders to use as my finishing overall blending step. I live within walking distance of Sephora and cannot wait to go pick one up. Really love them, you giving me the push to try the all powders, I am late on the hourglass bandwagon, I went inti Sephora to get the one like you have with the 3 powders, they where out, so I had just got the Guerlain, voyager in mythic, and I also got the crazy Paris one from the holiday collection, I am very fair so I actually use the crazy ones for a blush, looks beautiful on you :0), I want your makeup storage, just love them, tanks for great video, love your skincare routine, getting some of the products I don't have to try it!

Thanks for explaining this. There is a high end cosmetics boutique near me that sells Hourglass. I love this line, but find myself standing in front of the display trying to make sense of the colors/combinations, and have a hard time deciding what to buy.

Every single blush, bronzer, etc. that has that marbling is created with equal amounts of each powder in every package, it just all swirls differently. Wasn't sure if you thought there was less of some powders inside each blush or that your brush shouldn't pick up all the colors of the marbling. But, just wanted to let you know there is always the same amount in each product.

Ordered the Radiant Magenta and the one Sephora sent had a lot of the powder and less of the blush. I plan on taking it back on launch date and trading it for one with more coloration. The same thing happened with the Laura Mercier bronzer in Ritual. I guess I'm just too picky :) Thanks for the review!
