You could always paint over the welcome, since you said you didn't like it. I remember a few years ago I found a bunch of indoor door / kitchen or wherever rugs at Ross for a few dollars or less in there clearance section of the peanuts, but they all are Halloween / fall theme. I still have them & use them. That was a score.
