Haulmark Trailer’s Outback Truckers visit Australian owner-driver, Chris Stansbie Transport at Roma Queensland for a run with a new Haulmark drop deck trailer. Roma is at the heart of Queensland’s rich oil and gas reserves, and they’ve been using it in the area since 1906 when gas was used to the light the town. As we discovered it is home to some unique Outback Truckers who love their Haulmark Trailers, Kenworth, Mack, International and Western Star Trucks. The isolation and rugged environment of central western Queensland provides many challenges for our crew filming truck TV Australia and has hardened these guys and they are some of the world’s toughest truckers this side of the Black Stump. They spec their rugged big rigs with SAF Holland axles, Jost turntables and Great white LED driving lights mounted on King Bullbars.
Chris also has a 60-inch custom Truckart bunk on his trusty old International Transtar.
