Stick the two ends of the purple thing into the center of your bobbin then stick it that through the center of your mini cone of matching thread! Keeps them together nicely and the loop at the top doesn’t allow the bobbin to fall through!

Your little purple thing is to attach a bobbin to the spool of thread . I live them. They work well with the threads I use for sewing.

Becky. It for thread spools. You slide the bobbin up the two sticks and then poke the stick end into the spool.

Put the bobbin that matches the thread on the top loop and stick the long part into the center of the spool of thread. Always have the right bobbin with your thread!

I use the soft n stable and i bought 2 bolts of that stuff you have and I can tell you its not the same stuff unless it has changed over the last couple years. My friend and I about went crazy trying to get it to look as nice and work in our bags. I'll stick with the soft n stable.

The purple thing is a bobbin holder. You put the bobbin on it and then put it in the threads hole for the matching thread. Keeps bobbins with the matching color.

I use that purple thing to hang my long arm thread on a rack. Simply insert it into the spool and hang from the plastic loop.

Hi Becky, that purple thing is used to keep your threads and bobbins of same colors together. You will put the open end down inside a spool of thread, then put the bobbin on top of the closed end to keep them together.

I was a little slow watching your video this week. You said that you were going to make bowl cozies. I made 30 cozies for Christmas gifts one year and Wrap-n-zap is great but super expensive for what you get. Plus you don't know how they will be used once they are gifted. I had this amazing lady at the craft store help me. She recommended "100 Warm" It is all cotton and the scrim is 100% cotton so no issues melting in the microwave. And a queen size quilt will make about 25 cozies. It is slightly lighter weight than the Wrap N Zap but I found it made it easier to trim out the seams and to turn it. I also use it in hot pads for the same reason, I am always putting them in the microwave. So Cotton fabric, Cotton Thread, and cotton batting with (100% Cotton) Scrim. No issues with melting!! I don't know how many you need to make but I hope this helps.

The only way I would consider taking mine is in the original box in the styrofoam and then the box would be wrapped up in a quilt or something like that then in a suitcase or bag that will keep it right side up and it would be in my possession at all times. 😂😂

Hey Becky! I have always looked for the Pellon equivalent to any stabilizer I needed for a project. I am mainly a bag maker and learned early on about stabilizers. Thank you for bringing this to light to those who don’t know or not aware ❤

It for storing our bobbin on top of the thread spool, slide you bobbin onto it and then put the the 2 ends onto your spool of thread. Keeps them together. I use them.

My heat press is still in the box and I've never used it. I did use one of these logos and pressed it on with my Cricut Press. It worked great!

I think OESD has their own manufacturing? I prefer their products to Pelion. It’s easier to identify and use. They’re really good if one needs a small amount for a certain purpose.

I just discovered the On Wander Lane series a few weeks ago and they are adorable. I’d love to see you do a tutorial on one of the more complicated ones. For instance, on Honeybee Hollow there is a wreath that says “Bee Happy”. I have no idea how to do the appliqué on top of appliqué on the Scan n Cut, then put it in Simply Appliqué, etc. So, when you get a free minute, ha!
