Haunted 1800s Mansion | Baker Peters Home (Knoxville, TN)

My son worked there for years when it was the Jazz Club but never believed it was haunted. However, there was an odd occurence after the Mansion closed down. He lived in a nearby city and was taking a box of my clothes to the Salvation Army for me. That day, it was closed so he went around back to the dropoff. He saw another box that was full but had a familiar item sitting on top of clothes...at Baker Peters, all of the employees had identical glass beer mugs with their names on them. There at the dropoff, was his very own mug with his name on it!

I used to work there when it was. A Restaurant called the Painted table it was soooo much fun ! Blues and Jazz .. but yes it's haunted af !

I live it Knoxville TN. It's awesome to see you guys go to all these places. I'd love to see you do an investigation at the Laurel Theater. I had an experience there that I can only describe as a possession. I am sensitive to the paranormal and things of that nature. But that was a very intense experience and I had to leave the building to be able to ground myself. I had been there many times before starting when I was very young. But I've always felt some sort of draw to that location. Also the Bijou would be a good one too.

At 56:32 John asks "Do you not like the green lights?" And at 56:41 it I hear a man's voice say something like "Mama" or maybe it was "nah nah" in response to the question. John didn't hear the response. Maybe it was only heard on the recording. At 1:02:13 when it said "Sand, float" I think maybe it was telling where it's body has been discarded. Maybe they were killed and thrown into the river, in the sand, and their body floated. (Sand and float, make me think of the river, and it makes sense the spirit would want to share it's story. I don't think that was arbitrary information. Anyway, another amazing video! Thanks for sharing what you do!
