America has been telling ghost stories for nearly as long as historians can trace, with some story having roots deeper than you could ever imagine.
Today I attempt to discover why Indiana appears to be such a hotbed for ghost stories involving the "Woman in Black", or "Lady in Black". I also attempt to debunk some popular myths involving this figure and its appearance throughout American History.
Some of the stories covered today include the "Accabadora", "The Roanoke Sightings of 1902", the ghost of "Fort Warren", "the Weeping Woman of Stepp Cemetery" and finally arguably one of the most intriguing cases in "witnessed paranormal activity" when we look at the story of the "Woman in Black" at Acton Campground, and how Robert Davidson was brought back from the "dead".
