I love to go exploring creepy places. Since I moved to Cincinnati in 2017, I have experienced quite a bit of paranormal activity in almost every place that I have lived. Ya'll should check out Sayler Park, because I have lived here for a yr and a half and in the daytime, it's as normal as it gets, but it has to be the creepiest place to be after dark. I normally do not watch any paranormal shows because they freak me out so badly. When I saw the headline of haunted Cincinnati, I had to watch purely to see if you included Bobby Mackeys. I moved to Newport (NKY) in 2002 from Louisville. Wilder is only a few minutes from where I live. Before I moved up here, I stayed at a friend's house in Newport that is haunted. I couldn't fall asleep there. I still am creeped out by it. My friend drove myself and other friends past Bobby Mackeys before I moved up here. I did not know any of the history. I told him to drive faster because the building was evil. What did he do? Drove into the parking lot! I was in tears, begging him to leave, and he (and the rest of the group) thought it was hilarious how scared I was. It was interesting what you all heard in the parking lot. I was spot on feeling evil and dread. There is no way I would ever go in there. I have close friends who have told me of being physically hurt there for no logical reason. Pregnant women have to sign a waiver when they go into the basement because there is an evil spirit of (supposedly) the woman who was murdered by two dental students from Cincinnati. One of them got the woman pregnant who was of a lower class. They murdered her and beheaded her. Her head was never found. It is said her murderers threw it into the well that is a portal to hell. It has been said that the young woman was not killed at the exact location of where Bobby Mackies is now. But, her head was brought to the portal to hell where witchcraft and other evil acts were performed, which is in the basement of the bar. The two students were the last people hung to death in Kentucky. There are more stories of the people murdered at Bobbie Mackeys. From the slave trade, illegal betting and other deadly activities by the mob, a brothel owned the mob located there with murders happening frequently. I know I am forgetting some others. There is a book called "The Haunted Places in Kentucky" where I read all of this information. I do not remember specific names. I am sure someone on here knows them. I remember around ten years or so, WCPO did a local story about Bobby Mackeys on site. Their cameras would not work every time they went into the bar. They had to film outside in the parking lot where the same cameras worked perfectly. Every time I need to drive by there to take shortcuts to avoid 471, I hold onto the rosary I have attached to my car mirror. I am not taking any chances, even driving by there! Sorry this is so long. I did suscribe. I am not sure I will be able to watch everything you film. I know most of if will freak me out!
@ghostbros5134 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment!! I have that book too but I need to crack it up open again, it’s been a while!! That’s crazy about your friends driving you in the parking lot when you didn’t wanna go. I’d be super freaked out! And I didn’t know about the WCPO thing, that’s honestly nuts!! Thanks for watching!!
@cincyspinqueen20664 ай бұрын
@ghostbros513 it's a really awesome book. In undergrad at NKU, I worked in the Inner Library Loan department and loved cataloging the new books because I could check them out first. The book we are both referring to is one I decided to check out. I was scared the most by the Bobby Mackey story and the blue room story. I feel like it was near Mayfield. I later bought a copy for my best friend who lives in Vermont and has a paranormal podcast. There is quite a bit of unexplained disappearances and paranormal occurrences at and around Green Mountain in Vermont. My friend lives in the foothills. It would be a super cool place for you guys to check out! I couldn't sleep last night after watching your footage in the parking lot. Thank God I have only driven in daylight since my initial 'hazing' at night. I am pretty sure it was WCPO because it was the only channel I watched for local news. I loved watching Clive and Carol anchor together. I will see if I can find the footage as well. I had an acquaintance who is a producer there. I will email her. In the future, I will have to watch your guys' videos during the day so I can sleep at night!

@@cincyspinqueen2066 oh my gosh, are you trying to get us kidnapped and go missing in the mountains 😂😂 that sounds too scary even for us!! Haha I totally agree, Bobby Mackeys is a crazy and creepy place. I’m happy it’s being torn down this year!
@cincyspinqueen20664 ай бұрын
@ghostbros513 🤣 Thank you, I needed a good laugh. It makes sense what you are saying about mountains. You can stick to the foothills and still find weird stuff. I watch too many episodes of Missing 411 and Mr Ballen to ever step foot there or the woods! Bobby Mackeys is not exactly being torn down. The owner has demolished the old building and is rebuilding a new bar in THE SAME SPOT! In the news, he has said he is doing this because of structural problems that were in the old building. I guess the ghosts and demons banged their heads against the walls, beams, and whatever else trying to scare people off is wearing the building down. The bar has temporarily moved to Florence until the new building is completed. Guess you guys will need to make a trip back here to see if the parking lot has gotten worse since the earth was laid bare and built upon more elaborately. Someone, I think it will be worse. Also, I love and hate the show EVIL. I made it through season one when it first came out, and I am still trying to work my way to watching season two. I also cry in superhero movies. That says a lot about me. 😅

@@ghostbros513 William Woodward and Abigail Cutter Woodward, the founders of the original school, are buried on site. Their graves are close to the Broadway entrance, and they're very easy to spot. That site has been multiple private homes, schools, and a couple of hospitals in the last 200 years. During one of the private home periods, Levi Coffin lived there (1850 - 1863).
