This is my favourite ride at legoland windsor, the preshow, the madhouse itself, the soundtrack is just amazing in my opinion. the only bad thing is that long cattle pen queue line 😂

Brilliant video! My sister's off to Legoland with her kids today, and I'm honestly a bit jealous after hearing about this ride! (As for the restraints, I feel like being designed with kids in mind may be another why they're tighter, to accommodate kid-sized legs)

It's a good ride with a lot of great themeing. It really is unfortunate that the exterior and surrounding area is so atrocious. Now that Lego has the parks back maybe we'll see new rides and areas that look good all around!

It looks like a good edition to the park for sure. But I can't help feeling given the number of visitors this park attracts there should be more bigger world class attractions and the park is generally under invested given its popularity.

Last week I rode the mad house at Parque Warner Madrid and it also had the separated seats. I don't know if it was new or if it had always been there but it was certainly the first time I had seen that kind of seats in a mad house.

I went the day after opening day (sunday 14th) and it was closed for the entirity of the day😂 The next day, it was closed until about 3:30 and when I realised it was open I ran to it! There were 2 hour queues but I finally rode it and it was definately worth it!😀I love vekoma madhouses and this had to be the best one yet! I heard that the technical difficulty was with the lap bars not locking properly, and when I rode it they did check the lap bars more thouroughly then I'd ever seen at a Merlin park before so it might have been that. Overall, such a great ride!😀🎢🎡

Great review, was there just after you yesterday and almost completely agree with what you say. Thought the disco lighting on the gondala was great. I think they must have turned the audio in the vault up after you went though but it sounded very poor quality (made it hard to hear what Vampyr was saying) which was a shame. The sound track is addictive, have been humming it all day today! Any idea if it's an IMAscore?

I loved the ride - its now my favourite at Legoland … HOWEVER I am getting really annoyed with Legoland's must have an over 16 on the end of a row rule.. There was absolutely no way at any costs I could get out of the bar and hence preventing the ride from working - I have done hex multiple times at the end of the bench and never had any issue. But I think when you get things like School Trips and other things like that it is now really holding up the dispatch time on things like this and the Pirate Ship. I ended up disrupting the ride because I was NOT (And I'm 14) Allowed on the end of the row... Just why? I understand Safety is the most important thing but either way I'm not preventing the ride from operating safely. I just think an adult over 16 is stupid. It also caused a family to be split up.. They need to change that rule.
