I'm getting lost in all the big fancy words...or shall I say "The elevated level of this content exceeds my intelligence" ...It reminds me of the Friends episode when Joey uses the Thesaurus for every word 😂

Why do certain people write like they are Einstein, to the feeling of nausea.Very little write like that unless they are committing Plagiarism…Just be true to yourself.

A lot of narrators ask that stories be well written or they won't include them.

Some people care about the product they put out and actually take their time to write

Someone has never heard Einstein actually speak, and is feeling insecure because they can't speak nor type words.

@@genzphilosoph-eexactly 5min into this story, I was rolling my eyes because the story is so overtly written it just seemed extra. Like it’s a ghost story bro not a biography of a early philosopher calm down. Like it was so ridiculously written it wasn’t even remotely entertaining.

I am not. Let me pause you at 35:47 and say this. At 56 yrs old and a West Indian Mom. I learned how to read at 5 yrs old. It is my passion. I also grew up in a seriously haunted house on my Island. That being said. Raven reads is who I listened to for yrs. Her voice is sultry and sexy af. Reason why I stopped and moved over here? Her stories became 'wanna be authors' trying to make 'their voice heard'. Seriously? Now this crap above.....sounds like the same thing. At 5 yrs old......I was genuinely/literally attacked by a Malevolent entity which was witnessed by my Mom and brother and our entire family (including Grand Parents and anyone who dared visit were witness to the other incidents). We lived in a 'slave plantation house' at the time. AKA....on my Island there're many such places and although many have been renovated etc..........ours was not ( at the time). Simply want to hear genuine experiences - from simple folk. If i want to hear some (obvious) sh*t from a wanna be (Stephen King) author (although the above is far from close. it's simply boring). Will read my Kindle. Ima fast forward said story and keep it moving. If Like Raven....you start to follow the same path (aka read stories from wanna be authors?)..............I'm out. Their stuff seems so unreal (to me) given the Hell I went through ( and yes......I was targeted). Am here to ...HEAR other real life experiences. Weird as it may sound. Given my trauma which translated to insomnia ( the hard stuff always happened at night)...learnt to sleep with one eye open back then n to this day. The fact that something has clung to and refuses to leave me. *shrug* learnt to deal/ignore/live with it. All I want is to hear other's RL experiences. Kinda makes me feel not so alone. Ps. Trust n believe. Some of them have the ability to literally 'hurt you' Edit: As in.......years ago was staying at another famously haunted yet gorgeous 'Plantation House' here. Our Bed cover was set on fire. Literally. I watched it happen....And no....we did not smoke. There were no candles etc......or (logically) any way for said thing to happen but it did. He can corroborate everything that happened and as a Scientist ( to this day, has no explanation) Tried to tell him. There is something that at 5 yrs old.....has attached itself. and it's not a 'good thing'. Am going on experience and that is simply the tip of my Iceberg. So yea, at 56yrs old today ( it still makes itself known, witnessed/heard by many) so.....prefer to hear 'true stories/experiences' from others as opposed to some 'well written story which is so articulate'......kinda makes me doubt (which is Ironic.....my bad) . Otherwise -aside from the above nonsense - like your voice and choice of stories. Keep on keeping on....

I think an entity might have attached it self to me at a young age too, although it's not so violent it feel like it's going to drive me crazy sometimes

The one about wall scratches wasnt a horror story at all. Its just some delusional person acting like theyre enlightened because they want to explore supernatural stuff because of some scratches. Stupid. Existential bs is not horror. Just comes off as someone trying too hard to be "deep"
