The API Team heads out to the Larimer Mansion in Irwin, PA. Over 200 years old, this mansion has a history of being haunted. We are the first paranormal investigators back to the mansion since 2020 and hoping the spirits are extra chatty tonight. Multiple ghosts are claimed to be here. We try to contact all of them in this investigation but mainly trying to contact Andrew McFarlane Jr. The former owner's spirit is supposedly in the basement. And he does not act friendly when someone goes down there...

Okay, I am new to this site and I barely started watching when I had to comment after seeing the equipment you utilize for investigations. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that you use a spirit box. YAY! I am praying that you do not use a phone app, because those are not credible tools and so many of these younger teams are using them and I can't watch! Just think like the people who you’re trying to communicate with. If you’re going to speak with ghosts, use terms that they’d understand. Nicky is just like most people today. I agree,also they kept saying “devices n K2 meter”,these are people from early last century,they wouldn’t know these words or meanings,this is why many things weren’t being answered,got to realise if they’re trying to reach servants or slaves(NO DISRESPECT),they weren’t that educated to be spoken with all these words,they should be talking to them on their level ,just my thoughts,blessings ✌️🙏🏻

Very professional investigation, lots of equipment too. I love the estes method. But I wonder if you could focus on the person not the devices during this. Even turning off the equipment. Its distracting from the communication you may get from a spirit talking through that person. Maybe have a set of questions to ask to get more facts on the history, home, secrets, etc. No disrespect, I know you want to confirm through all the devices, but they get used all night. Try it some time, maybe 😊. I enjoy your investigating style, and have sub'd. You guys are the real deal!

It’s a warm welcoming place. How much did it cost to rent out the place for your investigation? It’s obvious the owners are on a lucrative business promoting the ‘home as a haunted scary place’. With seeing ‘things/objects’ in a microsecond .. that’s normal when your brain is on a hyper alert mode… you start imagining things. Anyway.. next project guys 👌🏼👍🏼

If you would focusing almost only with getting the spirits to light up your devices and actually tried to communicate with them. You'd get more and better evidence.

13:26 while in discussion about the recording it sounds like a disembodied scream or female yelling in the background? 44:30 for a bit it sounds like possibly footsteps on wood? Were any investigators moving around? Again, only questions as the original file is always the best. Another great investigation.

❤ You might have to try to let the spirit get to know you for a while before you start asking questions. Let them get you to you being there. Just a suggestion. I would have the owner ask some questions and see if that works Or at least have her tell the spirits that it's okay to talk to you because you're her friends

Also , when the spirt answers you , especially if you think it's a kid , you need to tell them that they did a good job of answering you and praise them or thank them something so they know that they did it Correctly. Most of these places are from years ago where they had a lot of pride and respect.

Wondering if this was camera movement or spirit? It shows again in next frame when you guys are told “next to you.” Shadow appears short…? Newton?

Hi I just found this vid and was spellbound I live a stone's throw from this house. My home sits on the property of my great great grandparents and possibly my grandmother was born in the Larimer House I believe they called it the McFarland house. I am very very curious about more info especially early 1900s Mary Jane McKeever great grandmother would have been very acquainted with these folks All of my relatives are buried in the cemetery down the road from the Larimer house.

It's always great to get verification but I suspect whoever was there lost patience with you. Ninety percent of the questions were "Are you a man? Are you a woman? A child?" "How many are in this room?" "Is this Andrew, Sr.? Is this Andrew, Jr.? Is this Mary? Newton? George?" "Can you verify that you are so-and-so?" That would get old very quickly, I suspect.
