You missed a major one: Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument at Crow Agency, MT. OM-Gosh, that place is thick with spirits. You can feel them there like crazy. Not only I who had this experience, but others I've known as well -without me mentioning it first, they had similar encounters there

I live in Hamilton Montana and I visited the Daily Mansion last summer and when the tour was over I went into one of the rooms that was free to the visitors without a tour guide and before I even walked in the dorm frame a black figure ran past me and I stumbled back because I thought I was about to run into someone but there was no one there D:

I’m so glad you mentioned the old Montana state prison. I lived in Deer Lodge for 3 years and was only able to complete 1 tour of the prison. The feeling there is just too much. I did regularly visit the Ford museum that was attached.

I was in Bannak a couple of years ago. I closed myself into the vault in the hotel. It was pitch black for a second when the front door of the hotel slammed on its own.

Yes! I live by Daly Mansion, every so often they will do ghost hunts for the public there. Had an experience at the old prison, they also do overnight ghost hunts there too. I love Bannack, it's so cool there. (And you guessed it they also host ghosts hunts)

I hear the haunted house event held at the prison in deer lodge is fun, they have 3 different levels, timid, normal, and scare the hell out of you.

I went here in 2018 and got asked to buy a ghost a beer in the bar. I loved this place and have talked to many spirits over the years! I got this from my Indian heritage

Was Innkeeper at the Barrister B&B in Helena, 140 yr. old mansion, for 8 years. Whenever Dorthea appeared to guests in her childhood bedroom, they reported a feeling of peace. Had to laugh when some guests from England checked in and were demanding me to be a concierge for them. I snickered even more when I showed them up to Dorthea's room to find the door was locked and the heat turned on full blast on a 90 degree day. She must have seen these difficult people coming for miles!!! Needless to say they checked right back out! Our other ghost was not so accommodating!

My dads family is in one of the Montana History Books. A Victor Story. The last name is Davenport. My great grandparents were known for their cattle ranching and my great uncle Delbert Davenport drove the first gasoling tractor through the Bitter Root Valley in 1928.
