This should be interesting. I don’t live there now but I grew up about 10 miles away from this place in melton mowbray and there has always been stories about Ashwell and how hunted it is. Should be good.

Prisoners in the UK are odd because we renovate them so they never look as old as they actually are (compared to those huge American pens). We are in the process of closing a lot of them down, many have white recently closed (Shrewsbury, Shelton Mallet, Gloucester), and apparently there will be a few more in the next few years. When Durham closes, they better let ghost groups in, as my friend is a guard there and knows stories about it.

LOL at your discovery of that huge spider! I never knew the UK had spiders that big either until I was staying at a hotel in the West Midlands and the maid left the window open. While I was packing up my suitcase, I found a HUGE one just like the one you guys encountered in one of my bags. Winson green is definitely more haunted than ashwell I was in the green 05-08 I ended up with a red band job and occupied the cell above Fred west's suicide cell, I've seen and spoken to people who wasn't there, when HMP Birmingham eventually closes that would be an awesome jail to investigate ❤

A great episode- I love the collaboration with the Ouija Brothers! @43.28 when you were in the doorway of one of the cells, there is a wispy type mist that moves across in front of Amy. In the war they often had cats and dogs as pets on the bases. Also, before the war, I wonder if the land was farm land. Maybe children played on the farm? Next time you visit the UK, you should do an investigation at Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker. Ghostech Paranormal have been a couple of times, and captured great evidence.

Excellent video - (as always)! Have you ever considered doing part of your investigations using lanterns and candles as light sources or trigger objects? Because it might help in synchronising with those spirits in an earlier timeline, as they would also recognise that lighting - along with possibly being able to manipulate that energy source. Plus it will offer you a wee bit of heat in those colder places!

Love watching the 4 of you investigate together and it was fascinating! I was particularly interested in the fish smells as I had some very weird stuff happen to me when I was a teenager at my parent’s house - one of which was this awful smell of rotting fish which used to come from nowhere and disappear just as quickly…it never lingered, it was just there, then gone but it was vile! The odd thing was only me and my mum could smell it, my dad never could. He tried everything to find a possible source for it but never did. Fascinating.
