It’s crazy because in another recent episode he was very dismissive of a young lady whose mother verbally abused her for her entire life. And he stated how when your kids mess up it’s natural to tell them mean things etc, (the mom called her daughter retarded b*s and said she hated her he justified this bc the daughter joy rode as a teen etc) but in the same breath he contradicted himself today. And I just think it’s something to keep in mind. As adults who are capable of knowing the effects of actions AND words- we need to focus and work on emotional intelligence so that we have healthy relationships with everyone in our lives. So that if we lose anyone we hold close we don’t have to face these exact demons. Never speak from anger. It’s normal to experience all emotions/ Be angry and feel what you need to feel but accept those feelings and learn how to work through them so they aren’t getting the best of you and hurting others. Overall let’s Be accountable for ourselves because the power of the tongue is STRONG.

Smh, I can truly relate to Judge Mathis talking about how he's haunted by the bad things he did, in relationship to his mother. My late mother and I had a rollercoaster type relationship at times, and I did/said some things to her that I knew I shouldn't have at the time I was doing/saying them. Now that she's gone, I regret every last thing I ever did/said wrong in regards to her, I will never be totally at peace about my transgressions towards her...

My egg donor, told my aunt, that she was sorry about the way she treated me. She admitted that she could have done better, but it was to late. She was almost dead. @ShawnC.T.4 жыл бұрын
@@lyndiablack9098 Yeah, I do understand that, and I'm so sorry that you didn't receive the love from your biological mother that you should've, believe me when I say that. My situation is somewhat different, because my mother did love me, she sacrificed for me so so so many times, but I took it all for granted for the most part, especially when I was younger, but as I matured, I appreciated her sacrifices more. Our problems stemmed from me reminding her of my father so much, and we would bump heads about that because she knew I realized that was the root of many issues we had. I wish I could've been much different now in how I dealt with our issues, but I can't now that she's gone. I was her caretaker for 4 years after she had a stroke in 2013, and I feel that the "Most High" put me in that position, so I could truly understand the sacrifices she made for me, because the roles had reversed, as I had to then make monumental sacrifices for her sake, which I would do again if I had to. The last 2 years of her life, I dedicated myself to showing her the affection and love that I should've when I was taking her love for me for granted, and I feel that I did accomplish that. We both came to the point to where all of the animosity that may have existed at times was over with for good, we made peace with one another before she transitioned, and by that time, we both ultimately knew that we loved one another. But like Judge Mathis said, it haunts you to know that you didn't always do right by her. May the "Most High" grant you peace Lyndia...
