Hi! On the 1st recipe u mentioned 1onion on the ingredients I’ve watched it over and over and I don’t think u even added onion at any point unless I missed it! Could u please reply and tell me where does the onion go? If it’s in the sauce or the actual potatoe mixture. And do u fry the onion prior to using it?

Ich schaue mir Ihre Videos aus Darmstadt in Deutschland an und bin tief Beeindruckt von der Qualität und dem Ambiente. Es ist selten solch ein hohes Niveau zu sehen. Die Videos sind nicht zu langsam. Die Hintergrundmusik und Ihr Auftreten sind sehr stimmig. Auch die Kuechenutensilien sind beeindruckend. Es ist einfach klasse!!
