HI Rosamatia, you can you cheese and onion with your potatoes and make a cheese sauce with a can of condenced milk or butter to give it flavour. Also salt and pepper too. Also add vegetables. Usefull at dinnertime in the evenings now its getting colder. My cousin is in Pensuvyania also in the USA. He is married with 2 children. He is chef there and owns his own restaurant too. Hello from near Lansing Michigan! When reading your comment I thought about zucchini/other squash, chickpeas or other lentils. I also hardly ever fry anything. I don't have one myself but from what I have heard I bet you could use an air fryer for most of these yummy looking recipes! If they didn't come out as crunchy as you would like I bet it may add to lightly spray with a cooking spray. Those are just some thoughts I had. It has been snowing today here & I know it makes me wish I could still stand enough to cook and bake like I used to. Thank goodness for crockpots so I can add to soups or stews in steps and end up with a warm comfort food! Blessings to you!

Oh my god, what a great idea the grandkids are going to this, a great way to get them to eat potatoes and it’s also great when people come over for the barbecue to make a whole heap of those potato chips and put them in a bowl for everyone to eat. the cheese sauce looks amazing ,thank you so much for showing us how to make this yummy potato dish, looking forward to all your other recipes. 10 out of 10 and your video is not slow it’s perfect.
